This job for an account manager sounds great, it involves working as a beauty account manager and a fashion account manager all rolled into one. This sounds very interesting and to work in the fashion and beauty sector is an extra bonus and would make the job have an added dynamic.
I saw this great website where somebody has came up with an idea for an app in which you take a picture and it turns it into a dot to dot. My favourite idea for my own business card was having a dot to dot on the front and then my details on the back, even though the app hasn’t been invented I used the sketches to draw out the first stages of design for my business card.

I’ve been looking into potential jobs I would like to apply for in the future, I’ve found a project manager job in West London which sounds ideal.
For my work based learning project I have produced some final outcomes for the Syphilis and Gonorrhoea brief, I’ve made them as bright as possible with just the hashtag and small strap line, I didn’t want it to be fussy and full of unnecessary distractions, I think it’s simple, fun and current.
I thought of a good idea for a business card, it involves having a dot to dot of my face on the card, I researched it and I only found one example of it being done before therefore I think it’s a fresh stand out idea.
This advert for Apotek and uses sensors to know when the train is arriving, and the model (and her hair) react to it. Love this unique advert !
For the final show I need to design my own business cards, I’m thinking of making them out something rather than card, I think it they were made out of wood or metal for example, people would be less likely to throw them away or be forgotten about. 
The next few weeks are the busiest so far I’ve got contextual studies essay next week, blog and work based learning for the following week then my designed portfolio for the end of April !
Thankfully the essay is complete, it’s all about the changing shape of advertising and what I see for the future.
I’ve set some targets for this portfolio project in which I need to aim for in order to have a successful and professional portfolio. The targets I have set are:
– Choose four briefs that will enhance what kind of field I want to work in in the future
– Present my work in an eye catching way so it will stand out from the crowd
– Improve on my scheme of work
– Get a much better understanding of budgeting and thoroughly understand how an agency breaks a budget down
– Plan out the next few weeks in order to meet the deadline
– Get advice from local project managers in order to enhance the quality of my work
This is my final project for the year and it’s all about putting together a professional portfolio. I will be producing a physical and digital portfolio based on 4 creative proposals in an advertising sector of my choice.
